Marriage Licenses
To obtain a License to marry anywhere within New York State:
Town Clerk Office Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Required Documents:
Driver's License
Birth Certificate
Divorce or Annulment - Certified Court Papers for any Former Marriages
Fee: $40.00 (no credit cards, debit cards are accepted for an additional $2.50 fee)
Obtain within 60 Days of Ceremony
There is a 24 Hour Waiting Period
Both Parties Must be Present
Call the Town Clerk's Office at 386-4510 to Schedule an Appointment
Marriage Licenses can be obtained at any Town or City Clerk's Office
