Tuesdays & Thursdays All Year Round
at the Recreation Center - 2682 Aqueduct Rd.
Senior Fitness Classes begin at 9:00 AM.
Other activities begin at 10:00 AM and include:
Line Dancing, Indoor Bowling, Bocce Ball, Pickle Ball, Shuffleboard, Crafts with Edie, Scrabble, Bridge, Pinochle, Rummy, Golf & many card games.
We offer Chef prepared Hot Lunches - $4.00
Early afternoon activities include games, speakers, movies and more.
A blood pressure screening is offered monthly.
Monthly meal/activity calendars are available at the recreation center,
We invite all area seniors to participate and welcome suggestions for new and interesting programs.
There is no membership fee and most activities are free of charge.
We provide door to door transportation to all Niskayuna senior citizens - $2.00 / each way
