AT THE ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING OF THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF NISKAYUNA DULY CALLED AND HELD ON THE 10TH DAY OF JANUARY 2013 AT 7:00 PM AT THE NISKAYUNA TOWN BOARD ROOM, ONE NISKAYUNA CIRCLE, NISKAYUNA, NEW YORK, THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS WERE PRESENT:

A Public Hearing to consider the application of Inland Mortgage Capital Corporation for the construction of a 1720 square foot building with a drive-thru at ShopRite Plaza, 2303 & 2309 Nott Street East.
When no members of the public wished to be heard, Supervisor Landry closed the Public Hearing.
A Public Hearing to consider amending Chapter 17 of the Code of the Town of Niskayuna entitled Ethics.
Leslie Gold, 1919 Pawtucket Avenue, has concerns as to the final language of this resolution and questioned if someone files at the state level she hoped that they would not have to file at the town level also.
When no other members of the public wished to be heard, Supervisor Landry closed the Public Hearing.
PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR
When no members of the public wished to be heard, Supervisor Landry closed Privilege of the Floor.
The following resolutions were approved with a vote of five ayes unless otherwise noted.
Resolution 2013-1 establishes the dates for the regular meetings of the Town Board.
Resolution 2013-2 authorizes clerical support for the Receiver of Taxes.
Resolution 2013-3 appoints the chair of the Planning Board and Zoning Commission.
Resolution 2013-4 appoints the chair of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
Resolution 2013-5 authorizes town firefighters to act as town fire inspectors.
Resolution 2013-6 approves a bond for the town officials and employees.
Resolution 2013-7 designates the official newspaper.
Resolution 2013-8 designates banks to be a depository of funds.
Resolution 2013-9 authorizes the supervisor and deputy supervisor to transact certain business.
Resolution 2013-10 appoints persons to the conservation advisory council.
Resolution 2013-11 establishes the rate of compensation for the person providing cleaning services at Town Hall.
Resolution 2013-12 establishes mileage for reimbursement for employees.
Resolution 2013-13 appoints a person to the planning board and zoning commission.
Resolution 2013-14 appoints a person to the zoning board of appeals.
