AT THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF NISKAYUNA DULY CALLED AND HELD ON THE 16th DAY OF MAY 2013, AT 7:00 PM AT THE NISKAYUNA TOWN BOARD ROOM, ONE NISKAYUNA CIRCLE, NISKAYUNA, NEW YORK, THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS WERE PRESENT;

A public hearing on a request for proposed consolidated Water District 1 extension #166.
When no members of the public wished to be heard, Supervisor Landry closed the Public Hearing.
PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR
When no members of the public wished to be heard, Supervisor Landry closed Privilege of the Floor.
Resolution 2013-82 authorizes repairs to the Town Highway Department’s sweeper.
Councilwoman Kasper commented that many residents, when mowing their lawns, mow the grass into the street. She asked if there could be a notice that goes out to town residents to ask that this not be done.
Resolution 2013-83 schedules a public hearing and makes a determination on SEQR for an application of a sanitary sewer line within a portion of a Town easement.
Supervisor Landry announced that the Public Hearing will take place at the next board meeting, May 28, 2013 at 7:00PM.
Resolution 2013-84 authorizes the Supervisor to enter into an agreement to permit installation of a sanitary sewer line within a portion of an outside user agreement.
Resolution 2013-85 takes action to authorize the execution of an outside sewer agreement.
Resolution 2013-86 authorizes the purchase and installation of playground equipment at Blatnick Park.
There being no further business to come before the Board, Supervisor Landry adjourned the meeting.
