AT A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF NISKAYUNA DULY CALLED AND HELD ON THE 10TH DAY OF JULY, 2001, AT THE NISKAYUNA TOWN OFFICE BUILDING, ONE NISKAYUNA CIRCLE, NISKAYUNA, NEW YORK, AT 7 P.M. THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS WERE PRESENT:

Others present: Helen Kopke, Town Clerk; Eric Dickson, Town Attorney; Richard Pollock, Superintendent of Water & Sewer; Frank Gavin, Highway Superintendent; Mark Sollohub, Police Chief, and Paul Sebesta, Comptroller.
Each of the following resolutions were approved with a vote of five ayes, unless otherwise noted.
Resolution 2001-173, accepts a bid from Sreco-Flexible, for a new 2001 trailer mounted sewer rodding machine at a cost of $26,989.
Resolution 2001-174, accepts a bid for a five-year contract for the disposal of sewage sludge from High Acres Landfill, at a cost of $40 per wet tone of sludge delivered to its plant and transportation as needed for $700 per pickup.
Resolution 2001-175, authorizes the purchase of a fluoride analyzer from Delmar Service Contractors, at a cost not to exceed $5,000.
Resolution 2001-176, authorizes the execution of an Outside Water User Agreement in Consolidated Water District No. 1, for Arthur and Patricia Loomis, owners of 111 Partridge Run.
Resolution 2001-177, appoints John Moskov and Erin Freund as temporary seasonal laborers in the Parks Department at $8.50 and $6.50 per hour.
Resolution 2001-178, employs additional persons in the Recreation Program and authorizes the Supervisor to enter into agreements for summer recreation programs.
There being no further business to come before the Town Board, the meeting was adjourned by the Supervisor.
