AT A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF NISKAYUNA DULY HELD AND CALLED ON THE 24TH DAY OF JUNE, 2003, AT THE NISKAYUNA TOWN OFFICE BUILDING, ONE NISKAYUNA CIRCLE, NISKAYUNA, NEW YORK, THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS WERE PRESENT:

ABSENT: WILLIAM R. CHAPMAN, COUNCILMAN
The following resolutions were approved with a vote of four ayes (Councilman Chapman was absent), unless otherwise noted.
Resolution 2003-160 calls for a public hearing on July 22 at 7 p.m. to acknowledge the Town’s participation in an Industrial Access Program (IAP) Program as the applicant and guarantor; to acknowledge that 40% of the IAO funds are to be re-paid over a five-year period, interest free; and to authorize the Supervisor to execute any required documents as presented by New York State Department of Transportation or New York State for the IAP funds.
Resolution 2003-161 consents to the relocation of Integra Development LLC, to the Schenectady-Glenville Empire Zone.
There being no further business to come before the Town Board, the Supervisor adjourned the meeting.
