AT A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF NISKAYUN DULY CALLED AND HELD ON 25TH DAY OF APRIL, 2006, AT THE TOWN OFFICE BUIDING, ONE NISKAYUNA CIRCLE, NISKAYUNA, NEW YORK, THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS WERE PRESENT:

PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR
, requested action by the Board to address noisy race car engines in his neighborhood and inquired about the status of his request to revise the Town noise ordinance. Supervisor Smith replied that he had brought the situation to the attention of the Town’s Zoning Enforcement Officer and the Police have addressed the problem on several
occasions. The Zoning Enforcement Officer will investigate his concerns and he will inform the Town Board if something has to be changed. If he has been threatened, he should file a complaint with the Police Department.
SPECIAL DISTRICTS RESOLUTIONS
The following resolutions were approved with a vote of five ayes unless otherwise noted.
Resolution 2006 -103 calls for a public hearing May 23, 2006 at 7 p.m. to consider the formation of Extension No. 160 to Consolidated Water District No. 1 for the TJL Subdivision).
Resolution 2006-104 calls for a public hearing May 23, 2006 at 7:05 p.m. to consider the formation of Extension No. 91 to Consolidated Sewer District No. 1 for the TJL Subdivision.
Resolution 2006-105 calls for a public hearing May 23, 2006 at 7:10 p.m. to consider the formation of Drainage District No. 29 for the TJL Subdivision.
Resolution 2006-106 authorizes the rental of an asphalt vibratory roller from S. C. Hansen, for use by the Water Department, for a total cost not to exceed $1,540.
At this time the Supervisor requested that the Town Board go into Executive Session to discuss certain contract negotiations.
There being no further business to come before the Town Board, Supervisor Smith declared the meeting adjourned.
