AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF NISKAYUN DULY CALLED AND HELD ON 2ND DAY OF MAY, 2006, AT THE TOWN OFFICE BUIDING, ONE NISKAYUNA CIRCLE, NISKAYUNA, NEW YORK, THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS WERE PRESENT:

When no members of the public wished to be heard, Supervisor Smith closed Privilege of the Floor.
SPECIAL DISTRICTS RESOLUTIONS
The following resolutions were approved with a vote of three ayes unless otherwise noted (Councilwoman O’Donnell and Kasper were absent).
Resolution 2006-107 authorized the repair to equipment in the Digester Building at the Wastewater Treatment Plant from JWC Environmental, for a cost not to exceed $5,600.
Resolution 2006-108 appoints seasonal laborers in the Water & Sewer Department effective May 8, 2006 at the hourly wage listed.
Resolution 2006-109 amends the Code of the Town, Chapter 81, Dogs and Other Animals.
Resolution 2006-110 appoints Christina Dutcher to the position of Civilian Police Dispatcher, effective May 15, 2006, at the rate of $26,095 per year.
Resolution 2006-111 authorizes the adoption of the National Incident Management System (NIMS) and mandates NIMS to be utilized for all incident management within the Town.
Resolution 2006-112 authorizes the purchase of a riding-type mower for use by the Parks Department from Ferris Industries, for a total cost of $6,490.
Resolution 2006-113 appoints temporary seasonal laborers in the Parks Department effective May 8, at the hourly rates listed.
Resolution 2006-114 employs additional persons and modifies the rate of compensation for certain employees in the Recreation Program.
There being no further business to come before the Town Board, Supervisor Smith declared the meeting adjourned.
