AT A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF NISKAYUNA, DULY CALLED AND HELD ON THE 13TH DAY OF MARCH, 2008 AT THE NISKAYUNA TOWN BOARD ROOM, ONE NISKAYUNA CIRCLE, NISKAYUNA, NEW YORK, THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS WERE PRESENT:

LIZ ORZEL KASPER, COUNCILWOMAN
JOE LANDRY, SUPERVISOR
Others present: Helen Kopke, Town Clerk; Eric Dickson, Town Attorney; Paul Sebesta, Comptroller; Frank Gavin, Superintendent of Highways; Lew Moskowitz, Police Chief.
A public hearing was held to consider the transfer and appropriateion of $500,000 from the Capital Reserve Fund to the Capital Projects Fund for Consolidated Water District No. 1 for the development of four new wells at the Niskayuna wellfield.
When no members of the public wished to be heard, Supervisor Landry closed the public hearing.
PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR
XXXXXXXX, Orchard Park Drive, noted that the Transportation Committee was meeting at 7 a.m. and he felt this was not a convenient time for residents to participate in this meeting. He requested a change of time for the meeting, preferably in the evening, when more residents could attend.
There being no other members of the public who wished to be heard, Supervisor Landry closed Privilege of the Floor.
Resolution 2008-48 changed the time of the Town Board meetings to 7 p.m. for 2008.
There being no further business to come before the Town Board, Supervisor Landry adjourned the meeting.
