AT A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TOWN OF NISKAYUNA, DULY CALLED AND HELD ON THE 22nd DAY OF DECEMBER, 2008, AT THE NISKAYUNA TOWN BOARD ROOM, ONE NISKAYUNA CIRCLE, NISKAYUNA, NEW YORK, THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS WERE PRESENT:

PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR
There being no members of the public who wished to be heard, Supervisor Landry closed Privilege of the Floor.
The following resolutions were approved with a vote of four ayes (Councilwoman O’Donnell was absent) unless otherwise indicated.
Resolution 2008-357 authorizes the acquisition of various highway equipment, and authorizes the issuance of serial bonds not to exceed $280,000.
Resolution 2008-358 authorizes the Superintendent of Highways to enter into a rental agreement for supplementary equipment to assist in the cleanup and aftermath of a recent ice storm.
At this time, Supervisor Landry requested, and the Board unanimously agreed, that they go into Executive Session to discuss a particular employee’s salary.
There being no further business to come before the Town Board, Supervisor Landry adjourned the Special Meeting.
