PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR
When no members of the public wished to speak, Supervisor Landry closed Privilege of the Floor.
The following resolutions were approved with a vote of four ayes (Councilmen McKinney was absent) unless otherwise noted.
Resolution 2010-132 authorizes the Superintendent of Water & Sewer to purchase a used ten wheel dump truck from McDevitt Trucks, at a total price not to exceed $83,000. The resolution was approved with a vote of three ayes (Councilwoman McGraw was not present for the vote).
Resolution 2010-133 employs additional persons for the Recreation Program.
Resolution 2010-134 authorizes execution of an Outside Sewer Agreement for Isabella Goldmints, 11 Dexter Street.
Resolution 2010-135 authorizes the purchase of a water meter for use in 2010 to replace a failed unit at the Joint Pump Station from Ti-Sales at a total price not to exceed $6,015.
Resolution 2010-136 calls for a Public Hearing June 29, 2010 at 7 p.m. to consider a proposed sewer district extension submitted by Drake Petroleum Company and Leemilts Petroleum for Sewer District 6 Extension 119.
Resolution 2010-137 authorizes the Superintendent of Water & Sewer to purchase an 8MCVT Windsmith Gear Reducer 3000:1 Ratio, C3823-70 for use in the Water & Sewer Department, from Kaman Industrial Technologies at a price not to exceed $7,300.
Resolution 2010-138 authorizes the advertising of bids for Water District No. 3 building modifications for purchase and installation of a generator and control equipment and professional services to design improvements at the Pump Station.
There being no further business to come before the Town Board, Supervisor Landry adjourned the meeting.
