AT THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF NISKAYUNA DULY CALLED AND HELD ON THE 14TH DAY OF JULY, 2011, AT 7:00 PM AT THE NISKAYUNA OFFICE BUILDING, ONE NISKAYUNA CIRCLE, NISKAYUNA, NEW YORK, THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS WERE PRESENT:

Denise Murphy McGraw, Councilwoman, absent
Also present: Barbara Nottke, Deputy Town Clerk, Peter Scagnelli, Town Attorney, John Lubrant, Chief of Police, Matt Miller, Deputy Town Attorney, Paul Sebesta, Comptroller, Richard Pollock, Superintendent of Water and Sewer, Kathy Matern, Town Planner and Amy Houlihan, Assessor.
A Public Hearing was held to consider a proposed sewer extension submitted by Beacon Realty Management, LLC of 2928 River Road for Extension #120 of Sewer District No. 6.
When no members of the public wished to be heard, Supervisor Landry closed the Public Hearing.
The following resolutions were approved with a vote of three ayes unless otherwise noted.
Resolution 2011-129, calls for a public hearing and makes determination on a SEQR for an application for a special use permit at St. James Square.
Resolution 2011-130, authorizes the purchase of shirts for the Niskayuna Recreation Program.
Resolution 2011-131, authorizes the supervisor to enter into an inter-municipal agreement for shared highway services with Schenectady County.
Resolution 2011-132, authorizes the supervisor to enter into an occupancy agreement with the Niskayuna Central School District.
Resolution 2011-133, authorizes the reconstruction of basketball courts at Blatnick Park and the parking lot at Lions Park.
Resolution 2011-134, authorizes the purchase of fencing for the bike-hike trail.
There being no further business to come before the Town Board, Supervisor Landry adjourned the meeting.
