How to Set-up Your Account
The first step in setting up your account is to locate your account number. You can find it in the upper left portion of your water bill. You must enter all twelve digits (including the “.01”)
You will then need to enter your temporary password. Your temporary password will be all 12 digits of your account number including the .01 plus the first four letters of the last name as it appears on your bill. For example, the temporary password for an owner with the name of John Smith would be 0000009999.01SMIT
Please take care to note how your name is displayed on your water bill. If the name printed on your bill includes a space (ie. Mc Donald) then the password must also include a space. After you have logged in for the first time with the temporary password, you will be asked to change your password to one you select.
Once you have entered your new password you will be redirected to your Account Summary screen.
You will be able to view your current bill and pay online immediately, however it may take up to 24 hours for your past water usage information to be available for viewing.
