2008 YARD WASTE PICK UP SCHEDULE
Please note: Yard waste containers are to be placed at curbside NO MORE THAN 24 HOURS in advance of pickup schedule
Pick up will begin on April 7th with random pick up of yard waste placed at the curb in either biodegradeable bags or containers / barrels* (uncovered) no larger than 32 gallon size and weighing less than 40 lbs.
Scheduled Zone Pick up will begin on Monday, May 12th.
** ALL CONTAINERS MUST DISPLAY YARD WASTE STICKERS **
These stickers are available at the Town Clerk's Office, the Highway Garage, Community Center, and the Transfer Station.
Brush will be picked up when cut no larger than 3 feet and tied in bundles with biodegradeable material (no wire). Bundles cannot be larger than 3 feet x 3 feet nor weigh more than 30 lbs.
If a holiday falls on a Monday, the pick up schedule will move up one day per zone.
