Who and what N-CAP is confuses many people in the community. N-CAP stands for Niskayuna Community Action Program.
Mission Statement: N-CAP is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing and supporting programs important to people who live and/or work in the Niskayuna Central School District, or the Town of Niskayuna.
History: N-CAP was founded in 1978 in response to a mental health needs assessment of the Niskayuna School District and the desire of citizens to come together for community action.
