2007 Real Property Assessment Data Online |
Navigation instructions for selecting 2007 real property assessment information are as follows:
1) The following link will direct you to the Schenectady County Website:
2) From the Online Services drop down menu, select
“Real Property Tax Data”
3) From the “View assessment data” area - click on
“From outside the County Network: Click here”
You will now be at the Schenectady County Search screen –
Property searches can be by:
Municipality, Tax ID, Owner’s name, Street or Site Type
The new 2008 preliminary full value disclosure assessment change notices will be mailed to all Niskayuna property owners by March 1st 2008.
The full disclosure notices will have the following information: owner, parcel, exemption(s), 2007 assessment, 2008 preliminary assessment and illustrated tax liability.
It is important to note that any building permits for new additions or demolitions to a property started after March 1st 2007 may not be included in the new preliminary assessment notices. New change of assessment letters will be mailed to property owners by April 29th if there is a change to the preliminary assessed value mailed on March 1, 2008.
