RESOLUTION NO. 2010-153
AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF NISKAYUNA, DULY CALLED AND HELD ON THE 29TH DAY OF JUNE, 2010, AT THE NISKAYUNA TOWN OFFICE BUILDING, ONE NISKAYUNA CIRCLE IN SAID TOWN, AT 7:00 O’CLOCK PM, THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS WERE PRESENT:

The meeting was duly called to order by the Supervisor.
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A STANDARD WORK DAY AND MONTHLY CREDITS FOR THE NEW YORK STATE RETIREMENT SYSTEM FOR ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS
The following resolution was offered by Supervisor Landry
who moved its adoption, and seconded by Councilwoman McDonnell.
BE IT ENACTED, by the Town Board of the Town of Niskayuna as follows:
WHEREAS, the Comptroller has advised that there are new regulations regarding the standard work day and monthly credits for the New York State and Local Employee’s Retirement System for elected and appointed official, and
WHEREAS, the Comptroller recommends the adoption of a new standard work day and reporting requirements for monthly credits for the New York State and Local Employee’s Retirement system for elected and appointed officials, and
WHEREAS, the Finance and General Government Committee concurs with this recommendation.
NOW THEREFORE, be it hereby
RESOLVED, that this Town Board does hereby establish the standard work days for elected and appointed officials as shown on the attached sheet, and will report the following days worked to the New York State and Local Employee’s Retirement System based on the record of activities maintained and submitted by these officials to the clerk of this body.
UPON ROLL CALL THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION WAS ADOPTED BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town of Niskayuna hereby establishes the following as standard work days for elected and appointed officials and will report the following days worked to the New York State and Local Employees' Retirement System based on the record of activities maintained and submitted by these officials to the clerk of this body: |
