Stacey Thomas

picture1Stacey Thomas has 20 years of experience investigating building envelopes.  She is happy to share her knowledge and experience with local residents and businesses. 

Stacey has focused her career on detailing repairs to correct design defects that have led to premature deterioration and failure of various building components.  In her current  role as a Restoration Engineer for Ryan Biggs | Clark Davis Engineering & Surveying, Stacey specializes  in investigating and designing repairs for existing and historic buildings, preparing construction documents and performing construction administration services while repairs are being implemented.  Stacey enjoys DIY home improvements, historic preservation conferences, cooking classes, her children’s sporting events and being active in local organizations that support her community.
