Nisky Cares-Vulnerable Person Registry Niskayuna Vulnerable Person Registry This registry is available for residents to voluntarily share information regarding vulnerable individuals who are residents in the Town of Niskayuna. The information provided will help our emergency responders provide care to the vulnerable person based upon their individual needs. the information provided will also assist in locating and safely returning vulnerable individuals who may not be able to communicate, should they be lost or missing.
