Gentle Yoga is modified yoga for active adults with a gentler, slower-paced approach. This class is also a great first step for anyone looking to try yoga for the first time. The main focus is stress relief and relaxation as well as basic movements slowed down to achieve a gentler, less intense yoga practice. This class is offered for FREE thanks in part to a grant from CDPHP.
