Town Opens New Water and Sewer Maintenance Facility

New Facility Will Prolong Life of Equipment, Improve Interdepartmental Cooperation, and Lower Utility Costs

Town Supervisor Joe Landry Town Clerk Michelle Martinelli, Town Boardmembers, Bill McPartlon, Lisa Weber, and, Denise Murphy McGraw, Deputy Superintendent of Water/Sewer Matt Yetto, and Rich Pollock, Superintendent of Water/Sewer cut the ribbon on the Town's new Water and Sewer Maintenance Facility.  The newly constructed Water and Sewer Maintenance Facility provides 25,000 sq. ft. of garage/storage/workshop space.  Construction began last fall and was completed earlier this month.  Co-located at the site of the Town’s Highway Department on WTRY Road, the new building will increase the efficiency of the Town’s operations as well as extend the life of equipment. The working environment for our employees will be greatly improved.
