Niskayuna Program Refund Policy - Unless noted at the time of purchase for specific programs requiring prepaid non-refundable tickets or fees from program partners, a full refund will be issued for any program with a note from a doctor indicating an individual cannot participate for medical reasons. A full refund less a $10.00 processing fee per registration will be issued for non-medical reasons. If registration is paid by cash or check, the town will mail a refund check to the payee. If registration is paid by credit card, the town will credit the account charged. A credit may also be issued to the participant’s Rec1 account.
